HB 2650    RELATING TO THE JUDICIARY                               JHA, FIN
        Amends the 1999 Judiciary appropriations bill to provide
        operating and capital improvements moneys for the Judiciary in
        the fiscal year 2000-2001.

HB 1983    RELATING TO THE LAND COURT                                   JHA
        Standardizes land court registration with Probate Code and
        bureau of conveyance procedures.

HB 2653    RELATING TO THE JUDICIARY                               JHA, FIN
        Waives certain filing fees in certain civil enforcement
        proceedings for victims in relation to the disposition of
        convicted defendants.

HB 2690    RELATING TO VICTIMS AND WITNESSES                            JHA
        Provides that victims and witnesses can testify at trial and
        grand jury by closed circuit video or video conferencing.

HB 2649    RELATING TO NONCONSENSUAL COMMON LAW LIENS                   JHA
        Requires nonconsensual common law liens to designate whether
        they are directed at a public officer or employee.

 
 
 
 
HB 2646    RELATING TO TRUSTS AND ESTATES                               JHA
        Authorizes trustees to split a trust into separate trusts.
        possession of the personal representative or the other Reroutes
        unclaimed assets to the State rather than to the guardian.
        Apportions the expenses of the fiduciary with the tax among the
        persons interested in the estate.  Raises threshold for
        classification as a small estate from $60,000 to $100,000.
